Getting together in person for Scenic City Summit 2022

We’re excited to get together in Chattanooga for an in-person conference. The health and safety of everyone at Scenic City Summit 2022 is of paramount importance to us. We will make certain that all applicable federal, state and local protocols are being followed, as well as guidance for large events from the US federal Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Tennessee Department of Health.

We will continue to evaluate our health protocols and we reserve the right to make updates as recommendations evolve. As we do, we’ll update this page so you will know what you can expect at Scenic City Summit 2022.

Scenic City Summit strongly recommends that each attendee and guest be tested for Covid-19 prior to traveling to this event. Those who test positive should cancel their event registration and stay home. Scenic City Summit will refund the registration fee for those who provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test.

Scenic City Summit cannot be liable for COVID-19 cases contracted because of event attendance and requires the following for attendees at Scenic City Summit in-person events:

  • Compliance with event health and safety requirements and recommends wearing masks.
  • Failure to comply with safety protocols and requirements, or related directions from Scenic City Summit representatives on-site, may result in the loss of the right to attend or participate in association events, which would include forfeiting registration fees paid.

Wearing Masks

We recommend all attendees to wear a mask in indoor event settings, but it is not required.

Food and Beverage

Seating will be set to enable social distancing.

Chattanooga Convention Center catering services will follow health and safety precautions including adequate spacing to promote social distancing and provide pre-packaged food options.

We look forward to seeing everyone at Scenic City Summit 2022! And we thank you in advance for your continued support.
